[i9000] 更新 Kernel SpeedMod Froyo (以K13E為例)

來一篇第一次刷機就上手的教學...

參考上面兩篇，至少更新 Kernel 之後，做完基本的 lagfix 設定，
手機會變比較順暢。

但是如果要更改風格外觀，就不只是更換 Kernel 而已，
可能要參考其它教學，

基本上，我是希望能等到有 2.3 的更新啦～
